Why work with us?
As technology changes so do our cars. It's not just turning wrenches anymore and having a large array of sockets. In order to keep up with the changes from manufacturers, we understand that we must also educate and equip ourselves with dealer level diagnostics. Despite this ever changing investment, it's crucial to provide proper diagnosis and efficiency on these modern vehicles.
How we got started…
I moved to southern Oregon back in 2009. The European automotive repair industry, like everything, took a huge hit. Dealers and independent shops were struggling to adapt. I made an ad on CraigsList for BMW and Mini repair. Working out of a friend’s garage in just a few weeks I had more work than I could handle. About 5 months in I got the opportunity to move to So-Cal and help open up a European repair and modification shop. While it was a great experience, after 2 years I realized So-Cal was not for me. I got a job working at a shop here in Medford, and while it was great the owner had passed away and the shop closed down in 2015. I started applying at dealerships down in the Sacramento area, but before I knew it I had more work than I could handle. Somehow 1 customer found me and then the next and the next… My phone number was passed out like candy on Halloween. I went from working out of my garage with 1 toolbox to 5 lifts, 4 boxes, and every piece of OEM dealer level diagnostic equipment you can dream of.
